Advocacy in the Health System - Stride Workshop in Edmonton

Health Advocacy Stride Edmonton Nov 24

This workshop, held in partnership with the Alberta Health Advocate and Alberta Health Services (AHS), will provide advocates with a deepened understanding of human rights and health, build an understanding of the Alberta Health Charter, role of the Advocate and provide strategies on how individuals can self advocate in this system. Advocates will also learn more about patient concerns within AHS and how this can be a support to community.
