Understanding Rights For Tenants and Landlords (Sept 27)
The John Humphrey Centre for Peace and Human Rights is organizing a training session for volunteer advocates with Stride Advocacy, partner agencies, and fellow human rights defenders/agencies to strengthen the understanding of rights for tenants and landlords in Alberta.
This session will feature the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service of Alberta (RTDRS). Participants will strengthen their understanding and knowledge of the RTDRS resolution mechanism and support community members who are having issues with their landlords or tenants.
