This will be a moderated discussion. Each candidate will be provided up to 3 minutes to share their perspective on the Agenda Item: Environment and Foreign Policy. Following each candidate's remarks, we will then engage in moderated debate and discussion. Candidates may pose questions to other candidates on issues related to this particular agenda item.
