Advocating in Education Calgary Dec. 15

This half day workshop, in partnership with Support our Students (SOS), will look at the advocacy mechanisms and strategies available within the education system.  Participants will engage in dialogue on current issues and identify strategies to affect strengthening schools to ensure quality education for all and safe and healthy school environments.  The session will look at issues such as discipline in schools, provincial achievements tests, student coding and access to programs.
