Bill 80 Videos

On December 8, 2021, the Alberta Legislative Assembly passed Bill 80, making several key amendments to the Alberta Human Rights Act and to the complaints process at the Alberta Human Rights Commission. When a complaint is made to the Commission, the Director of the Commission plays a screening role in determining how best to address the issue.
